All appointments require 24 hour advance notice for cancellation or reschedule. We confirm all the appointments by text or email the days before in advance.
If we don't get response back, we will take the deposit and refund once you show up on your appointment. For repeating clients, if we don't get response back even though we try to reach for a couple of times, the appointment will be canceled. Please be aware of it and respond/confirm the appointment at your convenience.
